It's possible, but most probably more hassle than it's worth Why don't you just keep it as a VS project and just include the binaries as a PB subproject?
It's also possible to build the VS project via a command in prelink. Much easier than trying to build it as a true PB subproject That UI is designed in Expression Blend before hand.
